A2Z Construction was founded by Yury Yakushevich in Canton, MA in 2009 with a simple belief: if you do exceptional work and treat people right, the business will follow. Seventeen years later, that principle still drives every decision we make.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a full-service construction company with a team of 12+ skilled tradespeople — but we've never lost the personal touch that made clients trust us from day one.
Every project — from a bathroom renovation to a full commercial build-out — gets the same obsessive attention to detail. We don't do average work. We build things that last.
Yury Yakushevich
Founder & Principal Contractor
Yury brings over 15 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. His background spans residential framing, finish carpentry, tile installation, and full-scope project management — giving him the ability to understand and oversee every trade on the job.
Known for his meticulous tile work and eye for design, Yury has developed a particular passion for bathroom renovations and European window systems — two specialties where craftsmanship and technical knowledge intersect.
When he's not on a job site, Yury is researching the latest European window technology, sourcing premium materials, and personally following up with clients to make sure they're happy with their results.
